Chemical Dependency Outpatient and Mental Health Outpatient
SNG’s outpatient mental health clinic serves people 18 years and older, of all backgrounds, who come for help around many different problems, including:
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Depression
- Family and marital problems
- Loss and bereavement
- Suicidal thoughts
- Social difficulties
- Fears and phobias
- Coping with schizophrenia and other mental illnesses
- Co-occurring disorders
SNG also offers the follow services:
- Assessment and treatment planning
- Verbal therapy – individual, group, family
- Medication therapy
- Co-occurring disorder treatment
- Medication management
- Crisis intervention
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Intensive Outpatient Program
The IOP offers Intensive Group Pyschoterapy, Individual Therapy, Psycho-Education Group, Family Treatment and Medical Management services, three hours per day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
